It's Chocolate Making Time

Here is Grandma with Trina and Jaden, who kept saying "please, pretty please grandma." So of course who can resist their own grandchildren and let them have at the chocolate. So every year the White's get together before Christmas and make chocolates. It is not just any chocolates either, they are awesome. I definetly married into the right family. It takes at least one solid week to get everything done. But it is worth it because they are so yummy.

Cyndi is busy doing the peanut clusters. That is the last one we do and we are all very tired at this point. It doesn't help that we have to open the doors and cool it down to about 60 degrees in order for the chocolates to set, and in Pinedale that is COLD!

Katie is dipping the white chocolate cherries. I think her behind was stuck on that chair because she did nothing but dip the chocolates for the whole week. She was a trooper! We dip almond joys, mints, cherries, peanut butters, toffee, caramels, peanut clusters, and turtles! It is fun to be together as family.

Jessie and I are busy rolling the cherries. Brittany and Melissa escaped the pictures, but they were right there with us. Jessie kept spitting in the cherries so we HAD to eat them! But by this point, you almost get sick of the chocolates, believe it or not.

Then there is Brad and Zane who were busy watching us work, and even more busy eating them as soon as we dipped them. But we love them and that is why we keep them around.
